Eilan Hotel and Spa, Ascend Resort Collection

The property was very clean everywhere from the public restrooms, the Sustenio Restaurant and Mercato Café and our room was very clean also. The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed a lot of the amenities like the indoor pools and jacuzzi since during my stay it was winter. The staff was nice and courteous my entire stay, although a little unorganized.

Our breakfast at Sustenio was good, just took a bit of time since there were only 2 waiters working Saturday morning. Food was good and prices were as well. Resort grounds and common areas all well maintained and clean. Our guest room as well stocked, clean, comfortable and spacious. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to return sometime.

Absolutely loved this location and all the amenities offered! Beautiful and clean with excellent hospitality.

I loved my stay there and can't wait to come back. Everyone I came across who worked there had amazing attitudes and a delightful experience. 😊
